Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and other delivery charges,will be shown in the shopping cart prior to purchase.
Additional shipping charges may be added to your order as the technology that we rely upon for our shopping cart system will occasionally not charge shipping properly. For example, if UPS does not offer certain services to your area, it could throw off the charges. We may contact you directly if your shipping charges are obviously too low in order to confirm your order.
We only ship through UPS. Most, but not all complete orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 
Please call us directly for any rush orders before 11:00am Eastern time as we can get most of our items out the same day and use next day air to have it to you tomorrow, but you need to call before 11:00am Eastern time.
If you are placing an order for the holidays please consider that our products may not be able to get to you in time. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for UPS to deliver it. Please feel free to call us direct for rush orders.
It is possible that shipments may come from warehouses besides our own. Please keep in mind that in these situations, if you have made a multi-item order, items may arrive separately and at different times.

Unknown™ has made many substantial investments to help ensure your account security and data privacy.
We adhere to a strict respect of your personal privacy and do our best to reasonably ensure data security with our own internal business practices similar to others in the industry.
Every time you enter a password or personal information on our website, our website will attempt to redirect compatible browsers to utilize our Extended Validation SSL encryption in your browser's https mode.
Our website is continuously scanned to ensure our site contains no malware and your browsing safety is assured (please click our Norton assurance badge at the bottom of this page for details).
Our website utilizes a much more expensive Extended Validation SSL certificate, to ensure our identity and website address is confirmed and securely encrypted (please view your web browser's SSL certificate status of our website for details).

Returns & Replacements
All returns are subject to the following restocking fees:
All Items - 5% Restock fee will be deducted from the return amount.
Rain Gear - 20% Restock fee will be deducted from the return amount.
Large Orders - All large orders may be subject to increased fees based on current supplier return fees.
All returned items must be unopened, in new condition and returned in the original shipping container. If the return does not follow all of these requirements, we may have to charge more for the restock fee.
Due to health regulations, and common sense, we will NOT be able to accept returns or issue refunds of any personal hygiene or any food type products.
Due to shipping and safety regulations, we will NOT be able to accept returns or issue refunds of any chemical or nuclear based products, especially including by way of example products containing batteries.
Due to manufacturer limitations, all other items may be returnable within 30 days if all original packaging is included, and product is undamaged in like-new and in resellable condition.
You MUST first contact us with your request for a refund or replacement.  After refund eligibility verification, we will send you further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code at that time.  You will pay all return shipping, and our shipping to you will generally not be refunded.  Any packages blindly sent to our offices without advance authorization and RMA clearly visible on the outside of the package will be refused.
You MUST contact us prior to sending the product back to us. We will issue an RMA number to you so we can better track your return. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package so we can identify your return. You will be emailed a form that must be included in the package for us to complete the return. Failure to follow these instructions could lead to a delay in processing your return. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return. The refund amount will not include any shipping charges.

Ordering

During the checkout portion, you may select to pay using any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We also accept any debit card wiith a Visa/Mastercard logo. At the end of the checkout, you will be directed to a secure page where you may enter your card information.
The information collected in the registration & shopping process on the Unknown™ website will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures.
We at Unknown™ DO NOT store credit card information in our database. For details on how your details are handled, please view our Privacy Policy.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. We only accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. This transaction will be processed just like a credit card.
Catalog pricing cannot be guaranteed as prices are subject to change based upon manufacturer price increases and market changes. We will not be responsible for errors in printing that lead to incorrect pricing.
Unknown™ reserves the right to refuse any order.
